Kindly follow the instructions given below:

Abroad Panel
- Foreign Examiner’s e-mail ID should be official e-mail ID. It should bear the University/College/Institute domain, as given below:

- Please provide the website address i.e., URL of the faculty details in the respectiveUniversity/college/Institute website. For example,

- Indian Panel
- It is better to have Indian Examiner’s official e-mail ID. i.e., bearing the University/College/Institute domain, as given below:

- Please provide the website address i.e. URL of the faculty details in the respective University/college/Institute website. For example,

- Kindly provide the bio-data of the examiners showing their e-mail ids, taken along with their website address.
- Kindly avoid including Bharathiar University guides as Examiners.
- Kindly avoid suggesting Examiners from the same institution.
- Proforma for Panel of Examiners can be downloaded from

- Kindly provide the details given in the Proforma for Panel of Examiners with Supervisor’s Signature and Seal (Page No. 1)
- Panel of Examiners – From Abroad – Provide the details (as per instruction) with Supervisor’s Signature and seal (Page No. 2)
- Panel of Examiners – From India – Provide the details (as per instruction) with Supervisor’s Signature and seal (Page No. 3)
- External Examiners Bio-data format – Detailed information about the examiners to be given (from Page No. 4 onwards)
